Patrick Myers
Chief Operating Officer

Patrick Myers joined Intensity Midstream in 2016 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Myers has over 25 years of industry experience with a proven track record of value creation through developing and operating midstream infrastructure to serve North America’s shale gas reserves. 

Prior to joining Intensity through the combination of Intensity and Xplorer Midstream LLC in November 2016, Mr. Myers was Chief Operating Officer of Xplorer Midstream LLC. Previously, Mr. Myers served as general manager for Access Midstream where he led grassroots development and operation of the midstream infrastructure serving the Marcellus and Utica shale plays. He also held various positions with Columbia Gas Transmission, CDI engineering and the Research Triangle Institute. 

Mr. Myers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and is a registered professional engineer in the State of West Virginia.  Mr. Myers has served as a volunteer youth sports coach for over 10 years and is a former emergency medical technician and volunteer firefighter.

David Hall
SVP – Chief Accounting Officer

David Hall joined Intensity Midstream in April 2017 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. 

Prior to joining Intensity, Mr. Hall was Executive Director of Dillon International, an international adoption/family and children services agency. Mr. Hall previously served in a variety of accounting, financial and corporate development roles in the gas pipeline and processing industry, including VP Accounting & Finance, Caballo Energy; CFO, Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent; and, CFO, Spectrum Field Services. Mr. Hall also held various accounting, finance and business development positions with ScissorTail Energy, Transok and Amoco Production Company. 

Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, an M.B.A. from the University of Tulsa, as well as C.P.A., C.M.A. and C.G.M.A. accounting designations. Mr. Hall currently serves on the board of Dillion International.
 

Clay Midkiff
SVP – Gas Processing, Engineering & Construction

Clay Midkiff serves as Senior Vice President of Gas Processing, Engineering and Construction. Mr. Midkiff has more than 35 years of energy industry experience, primarily focused on the design, construction and operation of midstream assets. 

Prior to joining Intensity Midstream through the combination of Intensity and Xplorer Midstream LLC in 2016, Mr. Midkiff was Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction for Xplorer. He has also served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Legion Services, LLC and as Vice President of Engineering and Construction for SandRidge Energy, Inc. 

Mr. Midkiff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Kenton Bulson
VP – Engineering & Development

Kenton T. Bulson serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Development for Intensity Midstream. Mr. Bulson’sexperience spans multiple North American shale plays including the Marcellus, Utica, Bakken, and Woodford. 

Prior to joining Intensity through its combination with Xplorer Midstream in November 2016, Mr. Bulson served as the Director of Engineering and Development of Xplorer since April 2014. Previously, Mr. Bulson held various engineering, operations, business development, and management positions at ConocoPhillips Pipeline Company, Chesapeake Energy, Access Midstream, and Hiland Crude. 

Mr. Bulson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Taylor Coleman
VP – EH&S

Taylor Coleman joined Intensity Midstream in June 2021, and is the Vice President of Environmental, Health, and Safety. Mr. Coleman’s responsibilities include corporate strategy regarding Intensity’s ESG program as well as compliance with federal and state pipeline and process safety, general safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices. 

Prior to joining Intensity, Mr. Coleman held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in Operations, Engineering, and Business Development at Blue Mountain Midstream, ONEOK, Enable Midstream, Centerpoint Energy, and Halff Associates. He has experience in multiple basins and across all types of midstream assets including gas processing, treating, compression, pipeline, water gathering and disposal, and crude gathering. 

Mr. Coleman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa.

Kim Beal
VP – HR & Contract Administration

Kim Beal joined Intensity Midstream in 2016 and serves as the Vice President – Human Resources and Contracts Administration. 

Prior to joining Intensity, Ms. Beal was the Legal, Human Resources and Contracts Manager for Xplorer Midstream. She has over 20 years of oil and gas experience and has served in various roles at Chesapeake Energy, Tronox, LLC and McKinney @ Stringer, P.C. 

Ms. Beal holds a Bachelor of Communications and Public Relations from the University of Central Oklahoma and an Associate of Applied Science and Legal Studies from Rose State College. 

Andy Pipal
Vice President – Controller

Andy Pipal joined Intensity Midstream in October 2019 and serves as the Vice President – Controller. 

Prior to joining Intensity, Mr. Pipal held leadership roles in accounting at Targa Resources and Atlas Pipeline Partners.  Mr. Pipal started his career in public accounting working for Ernst & Young, LLP and BKD, LLP.

Mr. Pipal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a C.P.A.
